~~NOTOC~~ ====== Projet Émergence CoRalHis ====== Version française - PRESENTATION - THE CORPUS - META-DATA & ANNOTATION - DOCUMENTATION - CALENDAR ===== PRESENTATION ===== ==== DESCRIPTION (OF THE PROJECT) ==== The project //Comparing Romance Languages through History (CoRaLHis)//: building a multilingual parallel diachronic corpus (13th-18th C.) aims to provide a thorough understanding of how languages diverge from each other over time in the field of Romance languages. In order to do so, it presents a consortium of already existing corpora, which are integrated into a multilingual digital corpus of comparable texts from the 13th to 18th C. for Romania’s three main areas (Gallo-, Italo- and Ibero-Romance), in order to allow a large-scale and fine-grained empirically analysis of linguistic change in the different Romance languages. ==== PARTICIPANTS ==== === Coordination === * Anne Carlier (Sorbonne Université) * Elisabeth Stark (Universität Zürich) === PARTNERS === [alphabetical order] * Alexandra Fiéis (Universidade NOVA de Lisboa) * Alexey Lavrentev (ENS Lyon) * Céline Guillot (ENS Lyon) * Charlotte Galves (Universidade Estadual de Campinas) * Claudine Fréchet (Institut Pierre Gardette – Université Catholique de Lyon) * Claudio Iacobini (Università degli Studi di Salerno) * Denis Vigier (ENS Lyon) * Dominique Billy (Université Toulouse II - Jean Jaurès, Toulouse) * Gerold Schneider (Universität Zürich) * Gilles Couffignal (Sorbonne Université) * Giovanni Lupinu (Università degli Studi di Sassari) * Hélène Biu (Sorbonne Université) * Jasmin Engelmann (Universität Zürich) * Johannes Kabatek (Universität Zürich) * Livio Gaeta (Università degli Studi di Torino) * Marco Angster (University of Zadar) * Martin Volk (Universität Zürich) * Paolo D'Achille (Università degli Studi Roma Tre) * Serge Heiden (ENS-Lyon) * Thomas Field (University of Maryland Baltimore County) === Postdoc === * Anna Pineda (Sorbonne Université) ===== CORPORA ===== [alphabetical order] | ATLiSOr | [Sardinian] | | BFM, Base de Français Médieval | [French] | | | Corpus Histórico do Português Tycho Brahe | [Portuguese] | | CICA, Corpus informatitzat del català antic | [Catalan] | | CIPM, Corpus Informatizado do Português Medieval] | [Portuguese] | | Digital Library of Old Spanish Texts, Hispanic Seminary of Medieval Studies | [Spanish] | | Corpus Francoprovençal | [Francoprovençal] | | | Corpus of Swiss legal texts | [French (many texts), Italian (quite a lot), Rhaeto-Romance (very few)] | | | Linguistic Corpus of Old Gascon | [Occitan] | | |MIDIA, Morfologia dell'Italiano in DIAcronia | [Italian] | | | Presto | [French] | | | TMAO, Trésor Manuscrit Ancien Occitan | [Occitan] | ===== DETAILED INFORMATION ===== A formal agreement will be signed with the person in charge of each of the above-mentioned corpora in order to establish the terms and conditions of the collaboration, with a special regard on the legal issues derived form the use of texts.
